THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST STARBUCKS IN BOSTON BY FAR! When I first walked in I was gently greeted with a smile and wave by the cashier Adriana! Wonderful human being, and her customer service is amazing!! She helped me download the app to further my Starbucks love, isn’t that amazing! I will be returning hoping to see her face there!
The music is very very loud. The A/C is extremely cold and you can’t stay there more than 10min so is not a good place to work with your laptop. They didn’t refill my coffee because they told me it is just for american coffee but in other stores refill me even I paid for a latte. The terrace is good.
Very friendly. Refills are great. Make sure you say hello to Nick, manager. Great place to study. Place has a good vibe.
Came in just for a water bottle. Got a cup of ice also. Usually would get some coffee or a snack but alreast had coffee early. Got really thirsty after a long drive and walked to top of parking lot in stairs to get some steps in but got a little light headed. The second time I went up I used the elevator instead.
Staff here never smile. They not happy when they work at this location.
