girl with long dark brown hair and a mole working at 4:23pm on 09/12 had a terrible attitude all I asked for was the code to the restroom. as a former shift supervisor she would NEVER have an attitude like that on my floor. Very rude and unwelcoming. she didn't even have a hat or head covering on either.
Extremely long wait times for food. Always order ahead of time, food cold, drinks made later than the time expected. Only 1 barista when busy while others just go to back.
Slow as hell just like the entire city of Boston.
I said excuse me to the barista Jalen and she proceeds to respond “what’s up” I asked her to please shake my refresher since I seen them prepare it and it wasn’t shaken. She proceeds to go to another barista and tells her to shake it and she don’t know why I didn’t just use a straw visibly annoyed.
