Coffee was good, pastry was ok. Service was a bit slow, but there were lots of phone orders
I had a very bad experience. I ordered a Protein Matcha with very light ice, but they gave me a cup that was almost half full of ice. It was the worst Protein Matcha I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Protein Matcha at many other Starbucks locations, but it seems like this location doesn’t know how to make this drink properly. It was a complete waste of money, especially from a place that’s supposed to provide a premium experience.
I am a regular Starbucks customer, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I was visiting a neighboring store and planned to place an order through the Starbucks app afterward. Before ordering, I walked into Starbucks and asked for the restroom code. I was told that I had to purchase something first before they would give me the code. Seriously??
