Very rude worker! I’m a regular customer and ordered the wrong size on my mobile order. I went to pick it up and noticed my drink was emptier. I simply asked for more cream and coworker named DAISY was very rude. She wanted to charge me for more when the app did not charge me at all. Extremely inappropriate behavior from her part, yelling at me while there were many customers waiting in line. If you can’t do customer service, don’t work at Starbucks. Now I understand why people are going to Tierra Mia.

Ordered a VENTI light ICE SHAKEN ESPRESSO. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. THIS IS WHY YOURE LOSING CUSTOMERS. Not to mention how expensive they are. Their rewards program is not up to par and needs update. Gotta find a new coffee spot. 👎🏼
