Always out of everything. For weeks at a time. I think they just don’t order more of drinks they don’t want to make because they told my Dad they were discontinuing a certain flavor but every other Starbucks has it in stock.
I asked for a fresh-brewed black coffee. I was told it needed to brew and would take 6–7 minutes. When I received the receipt, I noticed it listed creamer, so I immediately asked why and clearly stated that I wanted no creamer — just black coffee. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked to be notified when it was ready. He then remembered the order and made it immediately. Very extremely slow and very rude barely recognized me as a customer. As well as them getting my order wrong. Person serving us was chewing with mouth open not wearing a name tag either.
