Today I had a disappointing experience. I ordered a regular coffee and specifically asked for about 1/4 inch of cream. When I noticed the coffee was cold, I politely asked why. The employee seemed upset by my question and replaced the coffee, but the new one had far too much cream, making it undrinkable. In the end, I had to throw it away. I understand mistakes happen, but I expected a friendlier response and more attention to my order.
With this I don’t know if it just me but I have been to two different Starbucks because my youngest likes their drinks there. But lately every time I go there frappes, and drinks taste very watery just with flavor, added into it. Now I don’t mind not being able to taste the coffee because I’m not a coffee drinker, but when your juices taste more watery than what I think they should and for me that is something and asked for the frappe, I least want to taste more flavor than the water.
