The service is extremely slow. I could deal with that, but in addition the barista preparing the drinks dropped two empty cups (one of those mine) to the visibly dirty floor, picked them up, and proceeded to pour the drinks in said cups as if nothing had happened. I was in a rush and unfortunately didn't have time to argue. Please don't throw away your money here like I did.
You have a line of over 50 people with a queue of that many waiting on their drinks and I have never seen a staff move with less purpose and hustle. So some how you can hustle at locations with drive thrus during the major right before work hour but we can’t use a modicum of any speed here? IF THEY WENT ANY SLOWER THEY WOULD BE MOVING BACKWARDS.
Terrible!! Huge line huge wait and three employees standing around talking laughing and not servicing anyone. They were more concerned with a celebration and decorating the store rather than service.
Slowest service I have ever seen..Staff has zero urgency when the line is wrapped around the airport..
Line wasn’t even long, but it took forever to order, service was terrible, they don’t even look into your face, waited 35 min for my order, I asked for an iced matcha but they’ve marked it down as hot… good thing she asked me if I wanted hot or cold before she started preparing my matcha.
