We had to get a refund after 20mins for a venti pink drink. There were 4 employees in the kitchen and only one young guy doing all the work. Poor attitude and no pride in there work. When questioned why it was taking so long
Even though the employees there were all trainees, they all handled me and my mothers order with perfection. As a Starbucks partner, I have been to many standalone stores and many of them have never gotten my drink right. But these wonderful partners did !! We're very thankful for them, and think there doing a splendid job. Thank you ingles baristas! (All 4-5 of the baristas on shift at around 12:30pm on July 30th)
Unless Jack or Ariel are there, you aren’t getting service that’s worth anything. One person will make the coffee while the other girls stand around and occupy the register.
Imagine this. It’s 80 degrees outside, and the wait to your long awaited destination is beyond unmeasurable. You think to yourself: why not? Why not treat ourselves to an ice cold drink in this humble Starbucks. I give it a chance. I walk in and I ask, “1 Large Iced Chai please.” I feel good. I feel confident.
