I’m a long time Starbucks customer and I usually purchase Starbucks a few times a week for me and my mom. We moved near this location recently so I frequent it and I have never had such consistently terrible service at a Starbucks in JOCO before. The drive thru always takes a millenium, there’s a guy working there who always does an awful job with customer service. This Starbucks has the rudest people working customer service jobs I have ever seen. Many Starbucks are not exactly exciting to visit because of this same problem and ones that are pleasant are far and few between, but these people really don’t care at all. I have been here a couple of dozen times since it’s by my house, and not one time left thinking, wow, decent customer service.
