Great place!!!
My drinks tipped out of the carrier as I got into my car, spilling all over me. Staff was super nice about getting me napkins and remaking the 2 drinks. It was much appreciated
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Got tiresome sending drinks back twice through the drive-through window iust to come back worse. Even swung around the front before 9pm to walk inside to express my concerns, staff locked the doors early and laughed as I checked both doors. The staff is entitled and not customer-oriented. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the worst starbucks location in the KCMO area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
