To the woman on the drive thru speaker that helped me about 5-10 minutes ago— you have NO idea how much I appreciate your kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. I have came to this location every single day for several years now. I have never had a problem until today. I get the same exact order every single time. There was a woman that I had never seen before hand me my order at the drive-through. As she handed me my latte it was spilling all over the place, and the lid was completely popped off before she even handed the drink to me. Wonderful place
Had a Horchata coffee and a cold brew with cream….. terrible, coffee was bitter undrinkable. Was on the road before sipping . Will not go to Starbucks again!
