Dear Starbucks: Stop having a live person standing out there taking orders at the drive thru! I understand it might help wait time slightly, I understand you might think it even adds a more 'warm,' and customer friendly experience, but it does not. For one thing, it makes it very awkward for those who do not know what they want to order yet and irritating to feel like you're rushed.
