Very rude people. I asked what time they open and she said 5 and I said you might want to change the hours online and thru her hand up at me and said bye. The most ignorant people ever. Why open at 5 when people are coming in way before that. But the staff and the woman who said bye made sure she had a cup of coffee. They are not following standards either. Bad experience. On THUR 6/4 around 530pm, young gentleman working the register was not helpful. Couldn't answer what ingredients or how much caffeine was in the Horchata Frappuccino...didn't matter cause the machine wasn't working. Too laid-back to care, when I asked about the product. I understand it's not fine dining but how are customers with special diets suppose to react when employees say "I don't know, it's just syrup".
This is an airport so atmosphere is just generic. My order was wrong, the attitude and general lack of care or hospitality when addressing this was horrible. They made me feel like I was asking them for something unreasonable. It was a hot latte when it was supposed to be an iced latte. I can cope with their bad coffee but the attitude is unexceptable.
I see why they have two stars. They should really train their employees to have better customer service or have employees that are morning people.
