Slow and mobile ordering is routinely turned off... need more staff to keep up with demand

I waited in line behind one single person for 10 mins before giving up and leaving. There was four employees that did not look at us or greet us. There was at least six people behind me that were also not being served. So rude. They weren't busy they were just talking amongst themselves. 2 of them were just sanding around not even pretending to work!
We ordered ahead through the Starbucks app while at MCO, and everything was ready by the time I walked over to pick it up. We got a grande sugar-free vanilla protein latte, a venti brown sugar shaken espresso, and a hedgehog cake pop for my daughter. Everything was made correctly and tasted good, and my daughter made the cake pop disappear pretty quickly. The only minor issue was the pickup area.
