I was disappointed with my experience. I clearly explained how I wanted my coffee prepared and made sure my order was understood, but the drink I received was not what I requested. When I politely asked about correcting the order, the staff was unwilling to customize the drink as requested. The situation became even more frustrating when the manager responded rudely instead of trying to resolve the issue. In the end, the coffee had to be remade.

I work for a delivery service. When I arrived, my order was already packed; all that remained was to affix three security stickers. I asked about the status of my order, and the woman told me it was still being processed. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked again, and only then did she ask another woman—who had been cleaning—to finish packing my order. It took just 30 seconds to apply the three security stickers.
