This location is extremely slow service even if there’s no line at all and you’re the only car in the drive thru. The service is rude blunt and unwelcoming. This is not just one experience this has been every experience I have had the dozen times I’ve gone. The coffee is always weird and not good a massive disappointment. I hate leaving bad reviews but what is going on at this location?!
I ordered a Strawberry Matcha Frappuccino at this Starbucks today, and it was absolutely incredible! I’ve had this drink at other places before, but the way the barista made it here was by far the best matcha I’ve ever tried. The strawberry foam was so delicious it almost tasted like ice cream. Hands down, the most delicious drink I’ve ever had at Starbucks! Thanks!
I passed by this Starbucks location at around 11:00AM, late yesterday morning. This is My first time going to this Starbucks location in Citrus Heights on Sunrise Blvd. I don't go to Starbucks that much now these days. I ordered a Large Caramel Frappuccino Blended. The service was alright. I noticed My order took a little longer. It took at least 10 minutes for it to be ready. I was expecting it to be fast. Overall, I would give this rating a 4.8 out of 5.
Rolled through the other day after a rough start to my morning and was trying to save money by ordering a beverage with no ice. Huge thank you to the manager / barista that helped me and saved me even more money and told me what to order next time. You guys are awesome!
TERRIBLE! Placed a mobile order with enough time to prepare it and it was a drive thru one so we entered the drive thru, and there were about 6 cars which we couldn’t see, if I could I would have said park & went into the store. It probably still wouldn’t have been done if I went in the store! The drive thru line in total took 25 minutes. by the time we got to the window the girl said “sorry it took so long we had stuff going on” THE ORDER WAS WRONG.
