I had already pulled up to the payment window when I told Kelsey (or some variation of that name), before paying, that I wanted to add one more drink to my order. I was disappointed with my experience. I clearly explained how I wanted my coffee prepared and made sure my order was understood, but the drink I received was not what I requested. When I politely asked about correcting the order, the staff was unwilling to customize the drink as requested. The situation became even more frustrating when the manager responded rudely instead of trying to resolve the issue. In the end, the coffee had to be remade.
