I sent in a mobile order because I thought it would be easier for them to make correctly. They handed me a drink that was on ice when it was supposed to be a blended drink they took that drink and put it in a blender and handed it back to me. Problem was this drink was never supposed to have Boba in it now I have blended Boba in a drink that was never supposed to have Boba. I told them it wasn’t supposed to have Boba. My husband and I ordered two tall black coffees with cream, super simple, but we waited 20 minutes for our drinks while many people who ordered after us with larger and more special drinks received theirs before us. They kept moving our drinks out of the way to make other orders, by the time we got our coffee it was cold.
I placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and they didn't take too much time making them despite the rush they were in, but they did leave out a whole 2 inches of drink on my coffee. Mind you this was a $7 coffee. Very disappointed.
