They don’t know how to make drinks. For real for the iced matcha latte they make it so dark matcha drink with so much of ice and it tastes bitter! And when you ask for a remake hahaha they just added a little bit of matcha and it’s just milk and their classic syrup!! Yuk! Starbucks is supposed to be the same everywhere. This one here sucks. Waste of money.
They are supposed to open at 5 but nobody shows up until after 5. I waited until 5:25 then I just left. The drive thru still was not open. I had to go to the Starbucks at 710 S. Azusa Ave. They're reliable and always open on time!!
This is a good stop if you need a quick pick me up. It’s small and not very personable because it’s all outdoor. Pretty noisy being next to a major highway.
Customer service here is always top notch. Never disappointed at this location
Location has really declined. Staff not so friendly anymore.
