I ordered a matcha latte and it was very bitter like it had no syrup so I went back and asked if they could remake it. The remake was super sweet and tasted like it was just milk and vanilla but I felt bad since I already asked for a remake and left it alone. Turns out another review mentioned the exact same thing happening to them at this location. Left a really bad impression on me, but at least it will help me save money by not ordering Starbucks next time.

Put my cheese danishes in one bag. Two in one bag. Girl in drive through wearing sweats. My drink taste horrible. Ordered pumpkin matcha 2 brown sugar. 0/10. Not even right lid for foam.
Very friend employees
They don’t know how to make drinks. For real for the iced matcha latte they make it so dark matcha drink with so much of ice and it tastes bitter! And when you ask for a remake hahaha they just added a little bit of matcha and it’s just milk and their classic syrup!! Yuk! Starbucks is supposed to be the same everywhere. This one here sucks. Waste of money.
