Yuck.
A really bad custumer service
I think I have to say bye to this coffee brand restaurant. I still remember the first time I purchased a coffee in Starbucks was 2005, it's full of warm, I was still a college student and I don't know what coffee I want, they smile and let me know what kind of coffee they have, and may add what toppings for free include whip cream or steam milk.
