First time in all my time I’ve gone to Starbucks and the drive thru person told me to not come so fast and pick up my order to give them some time? I was so appalled by this. His name was Alex. I will stick to my other location and never return here. Store manager please do better and training your employees for customer service and greeting your paying customers.
