I don't understand why thus starbucks has forever been supper slow. always understaffed. it's a great location very nice store but so slow. sat April 26, 2025 at 130pm 2 cars in front of me. in line for 16 minutes. wtf .I will never fo back others near by don't have this issue only this store. must be privately owned franchise mire about profit over happy customers I'm done
I try to support local coffee shops over Starbucks most of the time, but I certainly won't turn down a hot soy latte brought home by my sweet husband. The reason this is getting 3 stars is because it's pretty good and no one was blatantly rude, but they weren't exactly friendly either. In addition to the latte my husband ordered, he also ordered 2 bfast sandwiches, one for himself and one for our son. He got home and only had one. The staff is nice HOWEVER it's usually messy in the eat in area and the last 2 times I ordered, my drinks were so wrong after the wait. I'm so sad because it was convenient rather than going across the street to the free standing Starbucks but 8.00 for a drink and it's wrong sucks. I even show them my order on the Starbucks app! Not me telling them, it's written out on the app. I think I'll just go to the store direct, not worth the time and money, plus I couldn't use my star points : (
