Worst damn starbucks I have been to. Terrible service. 4 people behind the counter and only one person working. The 2 girls standing running their mouths. Terrible service. 20 minutes for a couple coffees is insane. Note to management, hire better staff get rid of current folks. They could careless about good service. Just a terrible experience.
The Starbucks on magnolia avenue North magnolia avenue is my favorite Starbucks in the area I go there every morning for my grande world class coffee world class service not to mention free refills as long as you have your receipt and your cup refills are on the house which means do you wind up with free coffee basically
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experiences at your stores, specifically concerning employee training and the enforcement of company policies. I have repeatedly encountered issues where staff members enforce nonexistent policies or incorrectly apply official ones. For example, I have been denied refills for not having the exact same cup or have been asked to pay a second time, which contradicts your refill policy. waited over 20 minutes for my stuff. literally didn't get a refund because i paid in cash. i ordered two drinks they only did one never said a name. literally worse service ever. didn't even awknowledge me i until i said to cancel it. would never come here.Also asked for a refund. they took a long time had to leave because i already wasted 20 minutes there.
