“Joni” was more than rude, and had a very bad attitude. On top of having bad breath, she never gave me my whip cream either.
Horribly slow service. Understaffed. Two baristas complaining about pay and moving glacially slow while line gets longer. Never again.
Wouldn't take cash, because of impending shift change
Main reason for a 1 star was the sign that said order ahead using the mobile app. I thought this was a good idea. Airport lines are usually long so I downloaded the app, set up an account, put my 3 items in my cart. It said I had to add a payment method so I entered my credit card information. When I touched the pay button it said you must use your Starbucks preloaded payment card to pay. Their sign says nothing about this requirement to mobile order ahead of time.
