Watched as the cashier, who handles money and runs the register, handled my tea bag with her bare hands!!! Not hygienic at all. Threw out my tea.
It took them 7 minutes to serve a hot tea. It seems like an intentional attempt to move through orders slowly to keep their workflow down. Most people just drop out of line anyway when they see how slow they tend to customers and process orders. 1 person was literally just writing good morning on cups, that was her only job. I’m sure she could do more. Good nitro cold brew though.
Read the reviews before stopping here. The lack of commitment to customer service is astounding. The condescending attitude when asking a menu question is beyond unprofessional. Management should strongly consider removing this staff and start fresh to reflect the expected Customer Service Starbucks strives for.
Service was incredibly slow. Workers have 0 sense of urgency and ive never seen a more disorganized store. I was a partner for 4 years and never seen anything like it.
