ATL Airport Starbucks This Was my worst customer service experiences ever at a starbucks, ranks up there in poor customer service in general… was scheduled to open at 330 at the STL airport. Staff was in the starbucks and told us in line waiting they would open up shortly. 35 minutes later they turned on the lights and began taking orders. Came thru the line with my order, got to the pickup line and informed the agent it should be frappa instead of iced, the cashier YELLED from the register… I ASKED HER 4 times if it shld be iced and she said yes, well after going back and forth I was forced to leave without a drink after paying 10 due to the delay my flight was on the final call. As if in this economy we have money to waste.

I ordered a chai latte, but it tasted like watered-down milk. I went back to the counter and politely asked if it could be remade. The barista responded that she would not remake it because I had already taken a sip. I explained that I only took one sip to realize it was incorrect. Her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and she ultimately refused to remake the drink.
