Such poor customer service overall. A simple “I will be with you in a minute” or “Hi, just a second please” would at least indicate your presence is noticed. But that’s never the case. Slow to serve, slow to get your orders. It’s the same everytime, no matter how many people are being served.

The employees tried to blame their mistake on me every possible way before accepting responsibility and making it right.
very unpleasant situation went to Starbucks they didn't let me into the toilet because I didn't make an order, and the fact that I'm a taxi driver. And I drove for 4 hours. And before that I bought Starbucks Coffee doesn't count.
