I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one was disappointing. I ordered two refreshers, and both were made carelessly. Neither cup had a note, which isn’t a huge deal by itself, but it added to the overall experience. The biggest issue was the drinks weren’t shaken at all. One had four stevia packets, and all the Stevia was still sitting on top instead of being mixed in. It tasted terrible because it clearly hadn’t been shaken. I've been going here since I started working near their location and they're always so friendly and my order is always done right on time
The manager is EXTREMELY rude, he doesn’t know how to talk to his employees at all, on 8/15/26 I watched him scream at one of his employees over policy that he was incorrect about. Another customer had to step in because it was out of hand. His behavior is mind boggling and needs to be investigated and addressed. I won’t ever come to this starbucks again until he is removed. This is insanely toxic.
