Been coming here for months it’s better to come in the morning everyone is always having fun while working. But if you come in the late afternoon or nights everyone looks so annoyed. Im giving 5 stars because today everyone looked happy it was busy everyone was laughing.
HORRIBLE. Last week I was given the wrong size drink, one of the baristas was very kind and apologized but the person who messed it up said to his coworker “there is an order here” in regards to remaking my drink. I had it 20 minutes prior through the app. I understand there is an order, but I ordered ahead and it was a mistake on their end. This week my coffee literally tastes like water, there is no flavor in it.
It's 9:30 and the doors are already locked. I put in a pick-up order thinking I was going to be in and out. Instead I had to wait for 5 cars to get their order through the drive thru my order sat in the counter for 15 minutes. This defeats the purpose of mobile orders.
I came in there today for the very first time with my four legged baby and I have to say the service I got was so amazing the entire staff this morning was wonderful I went in because I needed a Tumblr for my daughter and also didn't get a chance to drink my coffee at home so I grabbed one while I was there the supervisor that was on shift on top of everybody else that was there I'm sorry I can't remember their names but you know who you are amazing thank you so much for my experience this morning it was wonderful what an aw... read more
