Needed to use restroom really bad so was gonna go before ordering my normal breakfast sandwich and coffee. The employee told me no, the bathroom is for customers only. I said thats fine i am gonna place order but i really need to use restroom really fast. She told me no that i can order and pay then she will let me. Ordered online, sat for 2 minutes, an employee came over immediately started to talk about the policy that we couldn’t stay unless we bought something. Even after explaining we’d already purchased online, she still demanded our order details. It felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t come back here.
