My barista, Logan, was THE BEST. I told him I wanted a “super yummy coffee,” and he definitely delivered. He was so patient (thanks, Logan), super helpful, and very kind. He even came to my table to ask how I liked the coffee which I appreciated so much. I will definitely come back and ask for Logan!!
The tall, dark skinned gentleman always gets my drink wrong. It’s either taste horrible or cold ( when ordering a hot drink). I think he needs to be trained well. I think it’s hard to get a regular coffee / tea this wrong. If I get the same drink from a different Starbucks, it tastes normal and way better. Writing this review after having few unpleasant experiences.
A tall young boy took my order but he was on the phone the entire time texting away. He left a lattes milk in the frothing wand for a long period of time and between every step of making my drink was texting vigorously as if his life depended on it. He was not wearing his name tag, never tried to start a conversation. Might as well replace some of these Gen Z with robots cause that’s what helped me today.
Thank you to Gabriella, Kendra, and Logan for always providing exceptional service. Out of all the coffee shops downtown, they consistently make this the most enjoyable stop in my daily routine. Great energy. Appreciate you all for making every visit a great experience.
