The service here is great! Especially one of the workers Joseph is really kind, welcoming, and goes out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. Truly great customer service!
Ordered Venti, but gave me the smallest cup
Worst experience. Especially, the staff does not even listen properly what you want to order. I ordered one of my drinks without whipped cream; they made it with whipped cream. Not just on top, whipped cream was also at the bottom of the cup. When I confronted them, they simply removed the whipped cream with the cup cap and were about to hand it to me. Worst experience ever. They are asking you buy something to get customers ice water. Trying to buy a bottle of water, they don’t have anything there. Not like any other Starbucks.
