Tried again at the Brookfield location—same frustrating result. No idea what the issue is, but I’ve never had a problem at any other Starbucks. This place is consistently slow for no reason. The store is nearly empty, yet mobile orders take over 10 minutes for something as simple as a cold brew. Ordering ahead here is a waste of time. Avoid this location if you value efficiency.
This place struggles to make cold brew, I ordered online and it took 20 min, make sure you tell them you ordered when you walk in so they don’t forget. I had to walk up, ask for my basic cold brew and the barista is confused.
Quick drive through experience. The lady who took my order and served my coffee was the most warm, courteous, and polite person I've met in a long time. Great customer service! The coffee was outstanding!
Always great! Staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient! Drinks are of high quality, especially hot drinks. The tables are also nice and spacious for doing work, which I can’t say for other Starbucks in the area.
