This Starbucks is consistently understaffed. As a result the seating area is always dirty, the staff are frazzled and drink orders are very slow. It doesn’t matter if you preorder or order in person. Preorder and it’s not ready. Order in person and you’re told to wait while they address preorders. Easier to grab a cup elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, girl working the evening shift had such an attitude doing her job. Went in with my kids and we tried to order their drinks she tells me those drinks aren’t available anymore but they are still on the menu online. So I ask for her to give us a minute while we look over the menu again to decide, she was so bothered, not like she had a line we were the only ones. Didn’t get my drink. According to only person there, they stop serving coffee and drinks an hour before closing time. Either honor closing time or update your schedule.
