I noticed I had less of my hat then it came with. The band was missing. The young woman, Nic, promptly asked me if I lost something and what I was looking for. Very helpful. I decided to get some decaf first before I searched for the $50 headband but my most prized material possession. A pleasant Vanessa took my order.
