Hands-down one of the kindest Starbucks teams I’ve ever come across. I wrote to their Fargo store about a mug I couldn’t find, and they went above and beyond — sending not only the North Dakota mug but even an Ohio one, along with a pin and a personal note. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my day. You can tell these folks care about people as much as they do about coffee. Thank y’all so much!
we got a strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice….. does not seem to be very light or even the normal amount of ice. i watched them make the drink and they put two scoops of ice into this drink. as a former barista this is crazy to see, it is not difficult to read the sticker.
After being our go to for a while, this location somehow had dropped in commitment this specific Sunday. We placed our order 5-7 minutes before arriving, and we were prepared to wait somewhat when we get there. But when we arrived (slightly before our order pickup window),we saw a few different employees leasurely chatting, while the list of orders kept piling up. 5-7 minutes AFTER my pickup window, my order was just removed from the que, with the app telling me that it's ready, with none of the employees actually working on... read more
