Went and ordered two iced lattes for me and my husband, when we went up they gave us shaken espressos. When I told them I ordered lattes they said “well they’re pretty much the same do you really want us to remake them?”. I just took them and left, I really didn’t care for the service or interaction as a whole.
It’s the middle of the winter I don’t want cold hard food honestly wouldn’t say anything but it happened twice this week and when asked to correct it the barista said “unfortunately we can’t take it back from you” well ok ca you correct it I paid 5 bucks for a cold cookie
Everything was great but the seating was odd in my opinion. Like one long table down the middle with some comfy chairs in the corners. I get it but I'm not into sitting next to strangers.
Service was terrible I guess being a handsome black man is not enough too get acknowledged in businesses around here and another business not getting my money be careful how you treat people you never know who the person is
