I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been coming to this location and the one on the North Loop for years without major issues, but I have to say I witnessed the most blatant disregard for customers just now. I just walked in to pick up a mobile order and mine was ready. I happen to walk in at the same time. The gentleman came in with his wife and young son. Customers service stinks, man at register act like he didn’t want to help are assist me with a issues I was having with my online order . I literally had to drive to another location to get my order fixed. Want be going to this location again until they adjust their customer service. RUDE RUDE
