🚨 It was a horrible experience from start to finish. SHYA ( NAME TAG NAME ) had her phone in her hand the entire time, taking my order with an attitude—acting as if she were doing me a favor, even though I was there paying for a service. She prepared my coffee while talking to someone on her phone the whole time; she never put her phone down. I had to wait on her—everything happened strictly on her own time.
