Absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered. Terrible customer service, neither of the two women working acknowledged with a greeting or even a friendly smile. After waiting more than 10 mins for my drink, I approach the counter to see what’s going on as I’m the only customer there, both neglected to let me know it was ready or call my name, just sitting on the counter getting cold. Will not be returning.
So they close at 7pm now and the time on google isn’t updated
Rude woman this morning who was being a loud walking, talking gossip about another shopping customer. 2nd time I have encountered this here. Customers can see and hear how you are acting and treating customers. Unprofessional Starbucks.
