Solid Starbucks
I am a first responder and former military. My kid gifted me a cup that I just unwrapped a couple of days ago. The screw on lid had a manufacturer's defect. I went into the store got a very friendly response from the kid behind the counter who had to confirm with the manager before she could replace the lid. I interacted with a very rude uncooperative and short-sighted manager who is launching at the table while the rest of the restaurant worked.
