*Edit 2026: Once again, the manager at this location offended my wife so bad, she'll never be back. It wouldn't have taken much to fix the issue, but the manager was arrogant and completely blew my wife off. Go to a different Starbucks, and save yourself some grief. There is one on 500 South in Bountiful, and one at the mall in Farmington. Went to drive through and wanted to load my card with 10 dollars. I gave her $20.00 cash of which I asked for $10.00 back in cash. She didn’t know how to do that and ended up giving back $2.45. And when I explained this was wrong, she said she couldn’t undo the mistake. I went into the store and asked for the manager. She never came out. It was so helpful. My drink was accidentally made with milk when I ordered Oat milk. They quickly replaced the drink and gave me a discount card for my next drink. I’m extremely appreciative for Audrey and her great customer service!
I ordered from the wrong location, and employee gave me drinks anyway! I hope he is blessed!!
