This. This one is my go-to Starbucks. Maria is great; the rest of the staff are great. I quite literally go out of my way to swing by here because I know I will get the best Starbucks experience in the Tri-State.
My husband asked for a white chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup, or a chai latte with vanilla syrup (both very basic, common drinks at Starbucks) and this branch manager was very rude and curt saying they can't make these drinks. Really? You can't make a white chocolate mocha, or a chai latte? If you don't have the syrups that's fine, but the basic drinks themselves should've been easy to make.
