I feel that this is the worst Starbucks in Longmont. I go to many of them. I get criticism a lot. I am a friendly person and I’m glad to follow rules if I know what they are. No other Starbucks seems to be as rigid as this one. They also rarely greet me when I walk in. I always say thank you as I grab my mobile order and rarely does anyone pay attention. I loved going here, lately the customer service has gotten bad. I went through the drive-thru, I was being so nice and I got attitude from the barista/cashier. The drinks were good tho.
They were my go-to Starbucks until the management was weak enough to allow them to shut down the store to protest the dress code. I just wanted a coffee. I don’t care about politics as much as this branch does. Very disappointed. There are nearby stores that want my money more than this one. Coffee over politics.
