Vee is the best!
This review is in regards to how I was treated by an employee this morning. I have had good experiences here in the past, this establishment is in the neighborhood I grew up in. I came in today; with my tumbler and wallet at the ready. I brought my own matcha and honey, so I asked for some hot water and cream to start. I was told I cannot use my own cup. I said that's ok, we can just transfer it in there. I was then told, "I can't give you hot water without you purchasing anything..." I asked, ok what am I purchasing then? S... read more
Today was the last time. I will be going to the Starbucks in Safeway which is just on the other side of the street or Ziggis from now on. Worst Starbucks ever, for me.
Even though they are always busy and there's always a line, it moves rather quickly....and they always have our order ready when we get to the window.
Can't believe they would serve food that is smashed and the bacon is more than half off the sandwich. Also my drink tasted off not sure what they put in it. I had to throw it away.
