Went on 12/6/25 at around 7:55. Hours online say they close at 9PM so I thought we were good. We go up to the counter and wait to order. The woman working never said a word to us and just kept cleaning. As she is cleaning and moving around, I hear a noise by the cashier register like she may have dropped something, so I lean over to see what it was and a placard that says ‘sorry we’re closed’ is now posted. Gabby and Victoria NEED a raise! I was having a complete meltdown after my only bra had a strap break. I had to put on a sports bra and head to town, only to find that the TORRID next door to target doesn't open until 11 WTH?!? And being extremely gifted in that department, no one else carries my size. They completely turned my day around with some kind words, a pink drink and a cake pop! Thank you!
I stopped going to this location after two bad experiences. The first time, the girl dropped my cup and picked it up. I wasn’t drinking out of a glass that landed on the ground. The second time was when the girl making my drink decided to use her hand to push down the overflowing trash can as she was in process of making my drink. She then continued to make my drink without washing her hands. Please address sanitation and food safety with your employees.
The ordering process was very quick and easy, and our drinks were very good!
