Been to this location a few times and wanted to like it because it's close to me and has plenty of tables to study/work at. The problem is the service. Only once did I have someone who had good customer service, smiled, was friendly, acknowledged me when I had to wait. Every other visit, the people behind the counter look miserable and always sound annoyed to be taking my order.
