Super friendly staff! Easy to order ahead - one of my favorite spots to do this. They are quick, the space is clean and usually quiet. Easy to go through the drive through too. Quick easy on/off to the highway as well
This place needs to stop accepting mobile orders when it’s taking 20+ minutes for a coffee. They are clearly understaffed. This is what turns people off from Starbucks. This location is one of the worst in RI for management.
I have been coming to this location since I was in high school (2010). I am beyond fed up with the parking situation lately. The parking lot is 90% made up of clients of the yoga studio next door. I have to park in adjacent parking lots 99% of the time. When I go in there are 1-2 people in the actual cafe so I know the cars aren’t from other patrons. As I write this in the lot is full and there are three customers in the store— absolutely utterly ridiculous!
I love this location. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. They know my drink order as soon as they hear my voice at the drive thru speaker. They also have the best hot dark roast blend.
