Had a few bad experiences with service in the past but everyone here has been great lately. I just have to say...I don't understand why all the syrup is put at the bottom of the cup. It doesn't move when you take a sip so there is no flavor coming from it. I would think it would be added on top of the coffee. I also ask for extra ice everytime and barely any is ever put in. I wouldn't even consider it a normal amount. Today was the first day they actually put it in.
I came this morning to get an iced caramel macchiato but the girl at the register couldn’t get the order right even though I repeated the order about 5 times and I was even suggested to use the app instead, extremely poor customer service When I got my drink it indeed was the wrong drink It’s very frustrating that there was no effort on trying to get the order right from the girl on the register so by the time I got the drink I felt there was no point on asking again for the same drink I had asked 5 different times
Always have the best service coming into this location. Couldn't ask for a better group or people working at the North Kingston, RI location.
I’m SO done with this location. The food is fine, it’s the consistently bad service. From employees talking among themselves who make you wait to order and then being treated nastily in the drive thru with bitchy looks and arguing with me because I couldn’t announce that I was picking up my app order before I got to the window because a garbage truck forced me to go into the lane differently. No one else was waiting and was it that big an inconvenience? No one with that attitude should be facing customers.
