08-31 -25 sunday , around 7:35 pm I order one ice small latte and she gave me a small latte only milk. She don’t put the espresso when I told her to give me the espresso she say I have to pay extra money and she was very rude her behavior very unsocial I am regular customer of Starbucks. I never get my life like this ice latte. This lady is very crazy.
Every time I come here, they never have the Iced Caramel Frappuccino. This is the third time I’ve tried to order it and it’s always unavailable. It’s frustrating that such a basic item is constantly out of stock. I won’t be coming back to this location
I got there at 7 PM. Store closes at 8 PM. I was told come back in 30 minutes because they’re on a break break with one hour left.
