I pick up several orders here weekly and I dread it every time I have to go in there. When I have to go in for a pick up I don’t lean on the counter, wait up front or start demanding the order. I patiently wait in the back and give people space. I try and keep my distance while waiting for the order to be complete. I hate to believe it’s racial but there’s nothing else to think. The employees happily gave me a extra coffee then this 20 year old manager tries telling me what I can and can't drink. So yes, you can take back both drinks and understand you guys are a terrible Starbucks location. Terrible. Go to Fry's inside and get a coffee. This place has bad workers and the customers suck too.
Every once in a while, I decide to go to Starbucks in an attempt to get a “treat.” The only problem with this is that it is no longer 2010 and the drinks are terrible. I cannot even tell what the drink is supposed to be if I order something with caramel or white chocolate in it it’s hard to even taste it. I typically hit the drive-through.
