I go here almost every morning and usually order drinks like the Caramel Macchiato or Matcha. Lately it seems like there has been a change in staff, and I’ve noticed the quality is very inconsistent. Some days the drinks are made perfectly, and other days, like today, they are really bad. Today I ordered a Matcha and it was so poorly made that I couldn’t even drink it. As a regular customer, I would really appreciate more consistency and attention to quality. Thank you.

Great service, they really try to get your order right the first time! Can get busy, but they do a really good job of handling the chaos!
