Very rude and don't great you when you walk in and then act like they are being put out by having to talk to you at all. Just overall nasty attitudes.
I mobile ordered a drink from Starbucks today, and unfortunately, when I received it, it was about a quarter empty. I would have gone back inside to address it, but by the time I noticed, I was already on the highway. I understand that mistakes happen, but paying almost $10 for a drink and receiving a cup that is noticeably not full is extremely disappointing. ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Starbucks on Mountain Road in Pasadena. The drinks are consistently not made correctly, especially when I pay for extras or customizations. I’m being charged for add-ons, but then they are either missing or barely added to the drink. If a customer is paying extra for something, it should actually be included.
