I say this only because the coffee they use is too dark roasted. There sweets and quick sandwichs are completely fine for what they are. Service is fine. But that coffee is just horrendous.
I have been to probably hundreds of Starbucks in my life. This one has, by far, the rudest, most condescending, least trained employees ever. It is shocking. They talk down to customers, refuse to answer questions directed right to them, refuse to correct obvious mistakes, and just treat their customers terribly. They don’t wear name tags of course, but one particular employee, a large woman with long black curly hair, is incredibly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. I had just finished inspecting a roof. I came to this Starbucks. I walked in, red face and sweaty. Placed my order. The young lady asked how I was doing … I said “Hot!” Lol. I used the restroom. Came back to my drink being done and a large glass of water that i didn’t ask for next to it. She said “I got you a water too.” What an awesome & thoughtful person!
It would be nice to have a fork to be able to eat your food
