Welcoming staff. As a special needs dad I find it challenging to find food places that I can take our son to with special needs. As he can be considered ‘disruptive’ or gain multiple eyes looking. I placed an order on the app for a s’mores cold brew and when I arrived they said they no longer offered s’mores as it was a seasonal drink immediately after walking in the store, I was greeted, and I found my empty cup left by the mobile order section. A barista then approached me and stated that I was not able to get that specific drink and offered any other drink on the menu. I have come to this location several times very early in the morning and I am always impressed with the genuine recognition that the baristas have at times when I visit. I don’t know her name but she wears a shirt with baby feet on her arm and before I can finish my first drink she asks are you getting the remaining normal order? I regularly come to this Starbucks, and I always place the order for my partner because he does not speak English. I speak English perfectly, and I have never had an issue placing his order before. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks location today. I have been a customer for a long time, but honestly, I have stopped coming as often because of the consistently unpleasant treatment I have experienced here.
