Went today and asked for a SKVL extra shot, and there was no vanilla in it. Also asked for a bottle of water and got the warmest bottle... Was not greeted at the speaker box and waited for a while before saying "Hello", then was met with an irritated voice. Normally, I hate asking if someone is there, but when I was sitting there for almost 10 minutes and no one came on and asked me to wait, it made me think no one could hear me.
