I have been a Starbucks customer for years!! The staff has always been very friendly, kind, caring and accommodating - except for this afternoon. I was extremely shocked and offended at how rude a female starbuck’s employee was at this location. Managers, please make sure your employees, who interact with customers, have a good attitude and customer service skills.
Very bad customer service I couldn’t hear them in the drive through and the guy start yelling at me and said leave just because I said I couldn’t here them and after I ordered they gave me the wrong order I reckons don’t go over there
