Mr Ian and Miss Amber we're very courteous helpful and professional. They both answered all the questions that I had and their customer service is top notch.
I always say Starbucks is so overrated and my visit here proved as such. Not only was it packed and busy. Could barely get through the door, which is kind of expected since so many people love Starbucks. Had I been closer to a different coffee shop I wouldn’t have chosen this place. I did a mobile order to which it stated it would take 13 minutes. Cool, since I had to walk there anyways. Get there and wait well beyond my completion time. Was never greeted upon entry. Great Starbucks. Never seen it crazy busy, come here to do computer work and it's always very calm and laid back.
By far the worst Starbucks in Conroe. Staff is rude and be prepared to wait forever for your drink!
