Мобильный заказ сделать нельзя. Работника на кассе приходится ждать 3 минуты. Извинений за ожидание не последовало. На столах и полу - срач. Второй туалет не работает, - очевидно они не хотят его убирать. Справедливости ради, сделали хорошую матчу и не орала музыка. За это спасибо. UPD: Здесь матчу переделывали 3 раза. Почему? Потому что напиток с 5 ложками матчи выглядит … как просто молоко. Нет цвета, нет вкуса. Старбакс, неужели так сложно придерживаться стандартов, рецептуры и держать матчу одно и того же качества?
I went by 3/29 at 10:30am Extremely Rude employees. I had placed my order, and when the barista repeated it back she repeated the drink back hot, so I said " oh no it's iced" . When I pulled up to the window I was handed my drink with the barista talking to another coworker saying "oh hell no", I paid and tipped and the window was closed on me, when I drove away I saw a nice note left on my cup "ICED!!" as if I was in the wrong for asking for it iced.
