Ordered a trente iced coffee with milk, 4 shots, and sugar-free vanilla syrup with 6 packets of Splenda. Get a few miles down the road after picking up my coffee and go to take my first sip...and that "first sip feeling" they brag about was, for me, the taste of coffee with NONE of the syrups or sweeteners I asked for. This is by far the worst Starbucks in the entire Conroe area. They consistently get orders wrong, refuse to provide basic items like extra straws or cups of water, and treat customers as if they are not valued. The red haired “manager” in particular needs additional training in customer service. If I could, I would give this location zero stars.
