Ordered a cold brew. Received what can only be described as a melted chocolate milkshake cosplaying as coffee. Starbucks continues to charge premium prices for drinks that depend entirely on luck, barista interpretation, and whether you have time to come back and beg for a fix.
Imagine having a policy to where they can’t sell you a large water cup Without ordering something. I’m on a very long road trip and I just wanted water. I didn’t wanna have to get out of my car. Stopped into Starbucks drive-through, Young lady was super sweet but said the new policy says we can’t sell you water without you buying something. Ordered a trente iced coffee with milk, 4 shots, and sugar-free vanilla syrup with 6 packets of Splenda. Get a few miles down the road after picking up my coffee and go to take my first sip...and that "first sip feeling" they brag about was, for me, the taste of coffee with NONE of the syrups or sweeteners I asked for.
