Went to get those bear cups was in line since 4am on the July 13 and was told cups were not dropping until tomorrow July 14 ,was there again since 4am and we were told that the cups were sold on the 13th already
This location is the worst at making drinks in a timely manner, I stood there one day for ten minutes with nobody in front of me just for them to take my order, then went paid for my groceries and stood and waited for my drink for another 20 minutes, total of about 30 minutes just to get one drink. Worst customer service ever
The barista working today is a Rockstar! She was all by herself with a huge line of customers and she was very sweet, and didn't let the stress get to her.
Friendly staff. Just wish Joseph would focus more on making the drinks and less on flirting with every female he comes across. Very uncomfortable and he left the other team member to carry the rush solo took over 20 min to get my single drink.
