So I got a huge order this morning (ordered for the whole job ) and the sent my brother to pick up the food for me . Well he forgot the receipt and didn’t put my phone number in. So obviously I wanted the points so I can get my free stuff later.. Well I went after work around 1745 in hopes that the employees can help me . Not only did Ms. Rachel do great as far as patience but she was able to recover the receipt for me but she was extra friendly and did it all with a big beautiful smile.
Staff is incompetent. We ordered 2 butterfly pea drinks, asked if we wanted water in it for some reason. No boba straws. Ordered the Caesar wrap, gave us a sausage cheddar sandwich. We told them they gave us the wrong item, the window lady goes “uhm, that’s what you paid for.” Well obviously because you wrung it up wrong. Omg. Please train your staff.
Longest drive through ever. Expect to spend 15 minutes minimum Updating my review. Still the longest drive thru ever. Dutch bros is down the street, with WAY MORE business, and is still somehow faster.
