Staff is incompetent. We ordered 2 butterfly pea drinks, asked if we wanted water in it for some reason. No boba straws. Ordered the Caesar wrap, gave us a sausage cheddar sandwich. We told them they gave us the wrong item, the window lady goes “uhm, that’s what you paid for.” Well obviously because you wrung it up wrong. Omg. Please train your staff.
Longest drive through ever. Expect to spend 15 minutes minimum Updating my review. Still the longest drive thru ever. Dutch bros is down the street, with WAY MORE business, and is still somehow faster.
people are so quick to complain because the location is busy or long wait times, etc... but i've had nothing but good service here!! yes it's a busy location ... sometimes i wait longer than i thought i would but a little understanding goes a long way. the people are always nice and never get my drink wrong. :)
