Hi. So I ordered a cannonball refresher. I saw it come out completely wrong and asked them politely if it was mine and they said the order was correct even though I have gotten this order multiple times and the drink has never came out with coconut milk. They remade it after but it was just annoying because I did place it ahead and I waited 20 minutes for it to come out and it was wrong. Extremely disappointed with my experience. It seems like every time I come here, I end up waiting 10+ minutes past the pickup time listed in the app before I actually receive my drink. During my most recent visit, the employees behind the counter were standing around and chatting while multiple customers waited for pickup orders. No one acknowledged us or provided any updates.
