Rude. The staff was so incredibly rude. I’ve never even written a review before that’s how rude they were. We arrived on time to pick up our mobile order and the woman at the menu told us the mobile order was just placed a moment ago so we were going to have to wait. Even though the app had said 11:11 was the time to pick up and we were there at exactly 11:11. So terrible. This actually is a first going into a coffee shop in the coffee machine is broke hahahah. They kept apologizing but I should be thanking them it's a laugh it's a joke it's enjoyable to laugh at huge corporations that shaft people out of large amount of money and then they are totally inept at their real purported goal which is producing a product people can drink.
