This is for the new Starbucks on N. Mt Juliet Rd in Mt Juliet, TN. It's very clean, super fast, orders have been perfect every time and the employees are exceptionally friendly. I have food allergies and was trying to figure out a different coffee that I could have and the barista recommended a drink that was amazing and also less on the wallet. Definitely recommend this Starbucks!
Yes so I normally always come through and get a cup of ice. It’s my biggest pregnancy craving. I was coming through this morning around 7:15ish. And I wanted to order a cup of ice and I don’t mind to pay whatever I need to pay for a cup of ice. But the woman on the speaker this morning was very very rude to me. She told me I needed to purchase a larger item or a stupid cake pop in order to get just a cup of ice ! No I’m not happy why can’t I just buy a cup of ice? I am so excited to see that this Starbucks brought back some personality. I feels more like a cafe now. Places to sit and stay.
The girl at the window immediately raised her voice the first time she talked me. I had just parked, had my phone ready with the barcode to scan, but something didn’t work and she said “Ma’am I need something I scan “. I immediately apologized even though I knew I had the correct barcode that showed the balance was more than enough for my items. I apologized for upsetting her. I never raised my voice.
