1st time there for a treat and everything was on point love the Emergy from Abby. (Believe thats her name) made my Day much better than it was.
I will stop here because Starbucks is reliable across locations, and this one isn’t far from work for me. However, I would advise not going in the mornings. The lunch crew is friendly, always gets your order right, and is always fast. The morning crew is not. As much as I love Starbucks coffee as I will never go back to this location again unless I speak to mgmt. What happenes is that we were sitting outside and they closed 8:30. At 8:32 my 4 year old needed to go to the bathroom urgent (number 2) there were 4 people in there. All of them watching us standing out there (almost begging) for my son to use rhe bathroom quick but they rudely and carelessly said no and ignored us. Not sure if they’re short staffed or what but they take entirely too long, this isn’t fresh food so i’m not sure why it takes 20 minutes for a drink and 1 food item when the store isn’t busy.
