Mal servicio! Pedí un matcha y me entregaron una leche mala, un desastre me entregaron, cuando llamé para notificar me dijeron que para validar que era cierto tenía que ir hará allá. Perdí mi dinero y pasé un mal momento
This is a terrible place to go. The staff racially profiled me. I waited for minutes for someone to attend to me and no one did, until a white lady came in and was attended to instantly. Shame

I came here for my birthday drink on August 26. I got my usual drink (a modified caramel ribbon crunch) so I know exactly how it should taste. The drink I got was highly disappointing. It tasted like water. There was no crunch toppings and my cup was not lined with caramel. It tasted like they put a third of my requested drink and fill the rest with water, then topped it off with whipped cream and caramel then gave it to me. I understand that the birthday drink is complimentary, but this was extremely unsatisfying.
