It may sound childish but this visit hurt my feelings. My order was scoffed at, joked about, made intentionally wrong, and my wait time was prolonged due to employees goofing off with no apology for my inconvenience or for how they treated me/my order. Shots of espresso over ice topped with some cold foam. Thought that was easy. While ordering the cashier had to ask me 2 additional times for my order. The place is in a nick nook in Barnes and Noble. However, they no longer give cups of ice water out for free. I understand during other seasons, but it's especially with it being extremely hot outside. I wonder if the manager decides to do anything about it. So I paid $5 for this Fiji water which tastes like plastic
