Manager at this location focuses so much on multitasking that he falls short on his promises and he delays drinks for customers. I sat there waiting five minutes for coffee that he said he was preparing for me as soon as possible as he ran around doing other things in the store.
It’s awful how they refused water to two people who politely asked for it; you don't deny someone water. On top of that, the worker told them that, due to business policy, they had to make a purchase to get water.
They doesn't have a good service ,you can not belive it they don't have napkin when I asked her she said we will bring for you... we did finish our meal with my dirty table with coffe and my dirty hands...
