Last night, my family and I went to the counter to place our order, but the person behind the register didn’t greet or acknowledge us. I was shocked by how rude the staff was & the selection of bakery items that they had. I wanted either a bagel or muffin but they didn’t have either. The display of items was also incredibly bare. When I wanted to pay, I opened my app to scan & get reward points but they said that wasn’t an option. That still doesn’t make sense to me but I thought maybe I could use my receipt & scan it afterwards. Service way too slow. Every time I show up there is only one barista working.
There is always one person working at a time with a lot of people in line waiting to order. This has to stop!!
